Corporate Governance Advisory is a complete set of services that assists companies during their institutionalization process. The Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism issued the Decree No. (19) for 2018 concerning the issuance of the Corporate Governance code, and is applicable to all joint stock companies incorporated in Bahrain expect for those licensed by the Central Bank of Bahrain.
